Us
East West Rescue
(EWR) is India's first and largest medical assistance and air ambulance
company. It was established over 30 years ago and has since earned
a worldwide presence. It is based in New Delhi, India.
We at East West
Rescue, provide multiple services for the ill or injured in India
and it's surrounding countries. Our medical personnel are highly qualified
professionals who can deal with, and provide, a quick and efficient
response to any type of medical incident in India, Nepal, Bangladesh,
Bhutan, Maldives, Sri Lanka and Pakistan. We are well known for our
excellence in Western medical care in the East. Our medical staff
is well experienced in professional emergency care and in providing
medical services throughout the Indian subcontinent.

Dr. N.P.S.Chawla
M.B.B.S., F.R.C.P.(Edin), F.C.C.P.(U.S.A.), F.A.C.C.(U.S.A.),
F.I.A.M.S., F.I.S.E., F.I.C.C.
Dr. Chawla is
the Medical Director. He graduated in 1960 from the All India Institute
of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and further trained in Edinburgh and
at Harvard Medical School, in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. Dr.Chawla
did his first air ambulance in India by Turboprop in 1970 and subsequently
established East West Rescue. Dr.Chawla directly oversees each mission
undertaken by East West Rescue.

M.B.B.S., F.C.G.P., M.I.A.M.S., D.N.B., M.N.A.M.S.
Dr. K Chawla is
the Program Director. She graduated from medical school in 1990 and
is a specialist in Internal Medicine.
