has a 24-hour Alarm Center manned by medical personnel 365 days a
year, 7 days a week, to provide friendly professional advice and assistance
to those in need.

Unexpected illness
is frightening when away from home and family. We understand the need
for rapid and prompt response to all medical emergencies and ensure
access to the best medical care available in the region. Our experienced
staff is aware of the emergencies peculiar to the Subcontinent and
all patients are handled with complete understanding and compassion.
All requests are dealt with immediately. Our staff are fluent in English
and are multilingual for the various Indian languages. We also have
access to translators of all languages.
If you or your
loved ones become sick or injured, just one phone call to East West
Rescue will bring medical help and if need be, evacuation to closest
well equipped medical facility suited to your medical condition.
We can professionally
handle medical transfers, and medically monitor a patient in any hospital.
Our personnel are in constant communication with the treating doctors
and monitor the care the patient receives and also provide daily medical
reports for the concerned family or company.
We have Cashless
Service arrangements with many medical centers/hospitals and can arrange
for hospitalization and diagnostic testing of a patient in the countries
we cover.
We also have a
network of medical correspondents, affiliated hospitals and clinics
available in over 150 cities in the neighboring countries. Thus no
matter where you are, we can assist you, even in the remotest of areas
or on the highest peak. We are also involved in satellite aided search
and rescue systems and have a hotline with the Indian Mission Control
Center which informs us whenever a beacon is activated in the Indian
subcontinent. This enables rapid rescue to the location transmitted
by the beacon.
All major credit
cards are honored as are guarantees from insurance companies with
which we have pre-existing agreements.

Rescue provides medical assistance coverage for individuals / corporations
/ tour groups and expeditions on a monthly or yearly basis. We have
long standing relationships with many corporate clients. The costing
structure is realistic and the entire system is member friendly. This
service includes unlimited free hospital consultations by our medical
officers, house visits within Delhi, access to our 24-hour alarm center

CONFERENCE
COVERAGE
East West Rescue can organize Medical health units in New Delhi
for convocations, conferences, large delegations or expositions. The
Health Unit consists of Doctors, Nurses, ambulance, life saving medication
and equipment to handle both emergencies such as heart attacks, strokes,
trauma etc as well as common ailments. Medical Units can be staffed
round the clock for weeks if required.
FIRST AID KITS
East West Rescue has custom designed a variety of first aid kits.
Kits have been specially designed for tour operators, travellers,
car rallies, homes, vehicles, offices and can be custom made for your
requirements. The first aid boxes are water resistant, convenient
to carry with a prominent color and text.
